The art of asking questions

As Terry J. Fadem said in his book "The Art of Asking": Ask Better Questions, Get Better Answers.

we will have to master the art of asking questions,in order to find the best answers to our inquiries and to gain real knowledge.

first of all, we have to know the diffrence between; question,inquiry,interrogate,query, etc,when choosig our words.

 a student must learn asking for help from his very first age and keeping this habit as he grows older.
